Abstract:

Mass media have individual functions such as identification, information, social interaction and entertainment, in addition to which; It includes social and main functions. These functions include cohesion, solidarity, continuity, entertainment and social mobilization. In the Iranian system, the media should try to operate within the framework of social norms, moral principles and jurisprudential principles. Among the mass media activities are related to media advertising. Media advertising, with the use of new and diverse media that have been created in line with the advancement of technology, in order to influence the social life and even the culture of people, is an undeniable reality that goes beyond even a simple advertisement or linking and introducing the seller. It is to the buyer and vice versa, but it has profound and even fundamental effects in the social, political, economic and cultural fields and is considered as one of the main financial sources in the media. The media is covered from the perspective of Iranian jurisprudence and law.
