Designing the Spiritual Training Pattern of Managers Based on Nahj al-Balaghi Teachings Using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM)
The aim of this study is to design a model of spiritual education for managers based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balaghah.
The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of paradigm was a type of research mixed with a survey approach. In the qualitative part, both documentary and thematic analysis methods have been used to identify the effective components in the training and spiritual growth of managers. In the quantitative part, using a questionnaire that was developed in accordance with the ISM approach, it was distributed among the professors of management at Lorestan University.
The research findings indicated 20 important and effective components in the spiritual growth and training of managers, which has been extracted from the noble book of Nahj al-Balaghah. These components include; Thinking, faith, self-knowledge, love, self-respect, forgiveness and tolerance, patience, theology, belief in the hereafter, piety, self-improvement, humility, remembrance of death, justice, managerial ethics, wisdom, servitude, closeness to God, fulfillment of the covenant and They were trustees.
The results based on the designed model showed that the fifth level components include; Thinking, self-knowledge, faith, theology, belief in the hereafter are among the most basic components of managers' spiritual education. Also, the first level of the final model showed that managers can achieve the characteristics of love, self-respect, and managerial ethics and finally to God, which is the highest position of humanity, by acquiring the components of lower levels. Cause their salvation and sometimes the guidance and salvation of their followers.
