The evalution of effevtiveness of Islamic moral skills on Organizational behavior improvement of managers (Case study: police officiers of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province)
The purpose of the present study is to evulate effectiveness of Islamic moral skills on organizational behavior improvement of organizational managers. This study was done by making connection among variables: happiness, learning (The level of perceptions) and behavior improvement. The study manner was descriptive- correlation. In order to analyze data, the inferential statistics were used suach as Pearson and Spearman correlation tests. The measuring tools were made researcher questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was acceptable. The questionnaire was created via three levels: Happiness, Learning and behavior improvement. The statistics population of this paper was all managers of the police of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and 56 persons were selected from them by using random sampelling. They participated in two courses of group training schedule in 6 month period and each course was 4 hours. The results show that the aforementioned training course provided learners satisfaction and increased knowledge level of the learners. In addition, there was a meaningful relation between satisfaction and knowledge improvement of the managers and organizational behavior improvement of the managers.
