A study on criminology of the tendency toward Satanism and crime commitment
Because of the different cultural and social damages, tendency toward Satanism and its propagation is considered as a big threat on the human societies. Researches show that in most countries, Satanists have factional, organized and group activities, providing the field for committing many crimes. Aiming at studying the criminology of the tendency toward Satanism and crime commitment among the youth (students) in Shahrekord province in 2013, this study randomly chose a sample comprising of 100 persons and was done as measure mental and based on the criminology theories. This study was performed with 6 hypothesis which all have been affirmed (p<0.5). Finding show that Satanism results on drug consumption, drinking, possibility of committing assault crimes and those against the property of the people. There is a relationship between the respondent’s gender and the tendency toward Satanism, also there is a relationship among the social-economical station, the age of the person and the tendency toward Satanism.
