Sociological analysis of the social contexts of law- evasion (Case study: Young people aged 20 to 34 in Mashhad)

Law- evasion as a social issue disrupts order. This phenomenon due to the reduction of social contexts in society weakens solidarity, weakens cohesion and distrust. The purpose of this study is the sociological relationship between the factors affecting Law- evasion.Research

The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in survey. The statistical population is 20 to 34 years old youth in Mashhad city, based on Cochran's formula, 500 people were selected by simple random cluster sampling. total convergent validity was equal to 0.488 and Cronbach's alpha was equal to 0.764 for reliability. Spss software and descriptive statistics, Spearman and regression were used to analyze the data.

Indicates that the average of the average lawlessness is upward. more than half of the respondents had an average downward average of social and cultural capital. According to Spearman test at the level of significance (p≤0.05), correlation coefficients indicate that poverty (0.512), religiosity (0.505), cultural capital (0.489), social capital (0.486), have a relatively direct and moderate relationship with law- evasion. The beta results of regression showed that social capital (0.151), cultural capital (0.146), poverty (0.120) and religiosity (0.113) with an error level of 0.01 of about 0.52 of the Law- evasion. changes Explain the breach.

By increasing generalized trust, civic participation and connection with citizens at the community level, raising people's awareness and insight into the consequences of Law- evasion, strengthening the components of religiosity in living standards and reducing the dimensions of poverty in people's lives, deviant law-breaking behaviors can be prevented.
