Designing the health model of the administrative system with emphasis on meritocracy in NAJA
The purpose of this study is to design an administrative model of health system with emphasis on meritocracy in NAJA. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. In this study, the decision group consists of 28 university professors and commanders and deputies of the Golestan Province Disciplinary Command who were selected by the method of judgment and snowball. To identify and screen the agents, semi-open interview and Delphi method were used. The results showed that 44 components are in the form of eight dimensions. Validity was calculated in terms of content and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Structural-interpretive modeling was used for dimension leveling and MICMAC analysis was used for clustering. The results showed that "mental, communication, professional and environmental" dimensions in the first level, "personality, interpersonal and organizational" dimensions in the second level and value dimension were used. At the third level and dimension, "value" is in the independent cluster and "mental and communication" dimensions are in the dependent cluster and "personality, professional, interpersonal, environmental and organizational" dimensions are in the link cluster. Finally, it was found that the most important dimension of the health of the administrative system with emphasis on meritocracy at the third level is "value factors including the components of work conscience, legalism, self-management, perfectionism and commitment to excellence." Paying attention to this dimension with regard to the output of the structural model shows the effectiveness of this dimension in the field of health of the administrative system with emphasis on meritocracy in NAJA.
