Message:
Abstract:

Citizens of every society have rights that are referred to as "citizenship rights". Citizenship rights are seen in various general laws, but because of the importance of those declarations and covenants it has been developed. In Iran, the Citizen's Rights Charter is one of these laws, which, in addition to the rights set forth in other laws, has been drafted in isolation. The Charter of Citizens Rights has the basic pillars of the most important rights of citizens. One of these axes, which cover the most important rights of every citizen, is "having the right to a fair trial." Having the right to a fair hearing can also monitor other axes of the Charter of Citizens Rights, so that other rights of the citizen will be trampled by lack of rights. That is why this can be the most important part of citizenship. Due to the importance of the issue, we look at the concepts of civil rights and the right to litigation in laws and their relationship.
