The Study of third and fifth development programs in the economic section from the discourse analysis perspective of Laclau and Muffe

Abstract:

The reality is that all nations try to expand development through pre-plan programs. That is why offering a key and basic plan as a road map by nations cannot be easily ignored. What is considered as a share part in the nations programs is to focus on economic programs, in other words, concerning to economic issues in development Plans is one of the requirements and policies of development plans of a country. This paper has examined the economic sector of the third and fifth development Plans with discourse analysis. In this study discourse analysis of Laclau and Muffe were used. Third development plan relates to the reformist discourse. It emphasized on the signs of "economic relations with foreign countries", "decentralization of government" and "the participation of non-governmental sector (private and cooperative)", while in contrast, the fifth development plan relates to fundamentalist discourse. It is based on sign of "resilience economy", "targeted subsidies", "tax and public incomes", "modify consumption patterns" and "Islamic economy".
