The globalization of communications and evolution in the concept of diplomacy

The goal of this paper is to survey globalization and diplomacy and also analyzing the impact governments have been received from globalization phenomena in diplomacy and foreign affairs areas. Therefore, the question that can be raised is: What is the influence of globalization on foreign policy and diplomacy of countries? The hypothesis of the study is that, globalization by discrediting the place and time and also the extension of communication technologies are caused the countries to use soft power in foreign affairs that is manifested in their cultural diplomacy. The research method is descriptive-analytical and consists the period of post-cold war.
