Abstract:

This study aims to investigate the effect of competent managers on innovation performance. To achieve this goal, an applied study was followed. The statistical population of the research included manager of Saipa Co. The research samples were acquired by Morgan schedule. Sixty six managers were selected by the research sampling. In this research, the library method was employed for collecting data and information. In this research, correlation coefficient method was used.A questionnaire was used for data collection. content validity was confirmed by experts and reliability content by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were calculated 0.945 . For analyzing data, Kolmogorov-Smir nov test was used. Structural equation modeling method was used for analyzing the hypotheses. The Smartpls software was used for analyzing the hypotheses. The results presented below:- the Managers’ Competency has a positive impact on product innovation.- .the Managers’ Competency has a positive impact on process innovation.- the Managers’ Competency has not positive impact on organizational innovation.
