Explain the optimal model of talent management in order to optimize job planning in Nedaja

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to provide a model to improve talent management in order to improving career planning in NEDAJA. The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of how to collect descriptive information. The statistical population includes 186 senior, middle and operational managers of the Strategic Naval Staff of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula and through cluster sampling, 125 people. This research is a quantitative study in which data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire. Formal validity and content validity were examined and confirmed by summarizing the opinions of experts. Also, structural validity was performed through exploratory factor analysis and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (more than 0.7). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results indicate the significant effect of talent management on career planning in NEDAJA and also the significant effect of talent management variable on all variables of career planning. Therefore, the required communication skills are controlled according to the level and performance required by employees in operational, staff, training and creativity-related units, such as daring to think new, solving mental problems, grazing and risk-taking, as well as determining the path of career and the required skills and communicating it to the staff are very important when entering NEDAJA and should be considered.
