Ranking of Indicators Effective on the Locating Industrial Estate with TOPSIST-VIKOR Techniques (Case Study: Qazvin Province)

Today, the issue of locating industrial complexes at the national and regional level in the macroeconomic structure is important in terms of its benefits and strategic issues. Because it leads to optimization of time, cost and prevention of waste of human, financial and environmental resources, economic development and welfare.Therefore, the purpose of this research is provide a scientific and practical approach to locating a technology service center in the Qazvin province. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts and experienced experts with a sample size of 20 people. The tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the vikor and TOPSIS technique. In this research, five industrial sites including Abik, Khoramdasht, Heydarieh, Arasandeh and Lia have been investigated for determining the suitable industrial site for the establishment of a technology business service center. These centers are selected under the supervision of Qazvin industrial Estate which are project sponsors. The results indicate that the industrial place of Lia is considered in accordance to the qualitative, quantitative and service factors, selected from the selected areas for the operation and construction of the service center.
