The aim of this research was to identifying conflicts that affect Imam Ali (puh) Military University's performance. The research is a mixed method, descriptive survey research. In the first phase, first, a number of conflicts applied in the performance were identified, by reviewing the libraries, then the identified conflicts were presented to 14 experts to comment on the identified conflicts and to introduce possible new conflicts. The result of this phase of the research was to identify 43 types of conflicts affecting Imam Ali (puh) Military University's performance.The identified conflicts, to check the validity, were presented to the experts in the form of the second questionnaire. Due to the low value of CVR for 18 types of conflicts, the mentioned conflicts were removed from the questionnaire. in order to identify the most important conflicts affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's performance, 25 types of conflicts remaining, in the form of a questionnaire, were presented to Sample of 40 people Content: commanders, professors and managers of this university who were selected using judgmental sampling method. A total of 33 member of the statistical sample, completed the questionnaire and the obtained data were analyzed using t-test and SPSS software. The results led to identifying 15 kinds of conflicts that affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's performance.
