Assessing the satisfaction of the staff of Imam Hussein University (PBUH) with transportation services
The main purpose of this study is to measure Imam Hussein University staff satisfaction from the services of the staff.
This research is of applied type with descriptive-survey approach. Its research method is also mixed (qualitative and quantitative). This research includes two parts: identifying the variables affecting employees satisfaction and then measuring them. In the first part, for data collection, content analysis was performed after using document method. Then, in order to be more appropriate to the environment and requirements of the university, a validity questionnaire was distributed and collected among 10 university and field experts. CVR index was used for validation. Thus, the variables affecting employee satisfaction were calculated. In the second part, the variables confirmed in the previous step were measured using a questionnaire. The statistical population was all employees who used the transportation service. The statistical sample was also a whole number.
The final research questionnaire includes 33 questions (15 questions of vehicle equipment aspect and 18 questions of transport management aspect) in the form of 7 components of hygiene, cleanness and travel comfort and safety, technical quality of vehicles, professional ethics, customer relationship, supervision and control and based on five levels option of Likert spectrum was adjusted and analyzed usin SPSS software in two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
According to the obtained results, there is dissatisfaction in both dimensions of car and equipment and transportation management, but dissatisfaction is more in the dimension of car and equipment, and respectively the components of car hygiene and cleanness, control and supervision, professional ethics and travel comfort has worse condition.
