Designing a behavioral model for reducing human error in sensitive jobs in the Iranian aviation industry
Reducing human error as one of the most important causes of air accidents in the world, is always one of the key goals and important strategies of the aviation industry.
To provide a behavioral model for reducing human error in sensitive jobs of Iranian aviation organizations.
In terms of applied-developmental purpose and cross-sectional survey approach has been done. The statistical population included managers of sensitive jobs in the country's aviation industry and used the purposeful method for sampling and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Content analysis method and MaxQDA software were used to identify the underlying categories of human error reduction behavioral model and structural-interpretive method and MicMac software were used to present the model.
Individual, group, organizational and environmental factors have affected the human resource system in terms of recruitment, retention, empowerment, skills development and retirement.
Based on the influence-dependence power diagram; Individual, group, organizational and environmental factors had high influence and low influence and were in the area of independent variables. Was considered a dependent variable.
