Evaluation and ranking of barriers and bottlenecks in the development of electronic customs (Case study: Customs of the province Western Azerbaijan)
The main objective of this research is to assess the potential of electronic telecommunication (the study of the Customs Agency of the West Azarbaijan). The research method used in this research is descriptive- correlational method and a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were approved were used to collect data. Also, the method used to collect library and field information. To test the hypotheses, covariance matrix analysis and multi-index multi-indicator model have also been used and Lisrel statistical software has been used for data analysis. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test confirms the normalization of data and confirms the factor analysis technique and the necessary statistical tests of the effect of all the hypotheses. In other words, the results of this study indicate that the lack of hardware and software infrastructure and Internet, lack of familiarity and training of employees and clients to use electronic devices, lack of preparation of communication infrastructure and non-cooperation of licensing organizations with electronic devices, non- membership of Iran in global trade organizations and failure to implement risk management with electronic barriers.
