Future Studies of Human Resources Development of the Physical Education Organization of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a Structural Analysis Approach
Recognizing the key factors affecting different systems in any organization can be a platform and guide for developing roadmaps and development scenarios in the future of that system.
This research is explanatory in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method is descriptive-analytical and based on future research methods. Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method based on Delphi method. Participants in the study were 20 experts and specialists in the field of sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. Structural analysis approach and Micmac software have been used for data analysis.
The results of this study showed that the dispersion of key variables affecting the future of human resource development in the Physical Education Organization of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran have an unstable system and among the 25 factors studied in this study, 7 factors (knowledge management, capacity building and Employees' abilities, emphasis on organizational learning, staff multi-skills, acquisition of new skills, information technology management and creation of learning organization) played the key role in the future development of human resources in the Physical Training Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
If the key forces and trends affecting the future of human resource development evolve, the emphasis will be on emphasizing individual learning, utilizing the management performance system, identifying personnel needs, promoting a culture of development, and promoting a culture of adaptation. Increase flexibility with change.
