Examining the Relationship between Appropriate Switching of Managers with Staffs Creativity

Abstract:

This research was concluded with the aim of appropriate switching of manager and creativity of employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan province. The research method is descriptive and correlation type. The results of the research obtained from the information collected from 108 employees of broadcasting organization of Golestan provincethat selected by sandom way. Data were collected by using appropriate switching questionnaire several experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaire and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was approved. Data analysis in descriptive statistics level of average, frequency and distribution percentage of frequency was used. Also in inferential statistics level, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, T by spss ‌software was applied. Results reveal that there is a relationship between appropriate switching of managers and employees creativity But there is no relation between gender and education with staff creativity. According to the study, the competence of managers effect on employee creativity.
