Study and pathology of inconvenience of the Islamic city council and municipality’s relations: the case study of the Islamic city council and municipality of Tehran

This research is about the study and pathology of the Islamic city council and municipality’s relations. The purpose is recognition of current inconveniences of The Islamic city council and municipality’s relations and causal studying and analyzing of these inconveniences. At the end, managerial strategies for decreasing of these inconvenience for the purpose of promotion of proficiency level of councils and municipality is presented. The main approach of this research is realization of the idea of united management of city and authority restriction of state.
