Harvesting was done during the flowering of the plant and after drying the plant in the shade, the hydroalcoholic extract of the aerial part was prepared by extraction method or ultrasonic waves. The detection and measurement of polyphenolic compounds in the extract was performed by high efficiency liquid chromatography device. The application of nitrogen treatments had a positive effect on the polyphenolic compounds of the plant, and each phenolic compound reached a maximum in a specific treatment. So that the composition of gallic acid reached its maximum value by applying 3 g / l of nano-nitrogen and the compounds of cinnamic acid and so on, respectively, by applying 1 and 3 g / l of amino acids. Also, chlorogenic and quercetin compounds with simultaneous application of 1 g / l of nanocodenitrogen and 3 g / l of amino acids, coumaric acid and rosemary acid compounds with simultaneous application of 3 g / l of amino acids and 200 kg / ha urea and caffeic acid and Routine reached its maximum value by applying 200 kg per hectare of urea. However, treatment of 3 g / l of amino acids and 200 kg / ha of urea, which produces the highest amount of coumaric acid and rosemary acid, and less damage to the amount of important compounds of gallic acid, chlorogenic acid and rutin, is the optimal treatment for An increase in the content of important polyphenolic compounds in the plant was introduced. Measurement of plant nitrogen content showed that, in general, with the application of nanonitrogen and amino acid spraying and urea fertilization, the total nitrogen content in the plant's aerial parts increased compared to the control.
