Explaining livable eco-city pattern of Tabriz metropolis using Fuzzy model
Nowdays, Metropolitan areas are confronted with various ecological challenges due to their heterogeneous and demographic growth and as a result, They suffer from many environmental challenges and social or economic problems.Therefor, the necessity and importance of paying attention to sustainable development theory and its emerging aprroaches such as livability and Eco-city pattern, which can reduce the mentioned problems are felt more than ever. Using Eco-city pattern, The livability aproach can provide a city that is free from none-biogical problems, human-oriented and livable for all segments of society. This study is conducted to evaluate the livbility of Tabriz metropolis using Eco-city pattern and it is applied in term of its purpose as a descriptive analytic type of study.Information and research data were prepared and arranged by using a questionnaire tool and five-choice questions of Likert spectrum have been arranged.Sample size was determind by using Cochran formula with a 3% error rate of 1068 and by considering the density of households in each of the 10 regions of Tabriz randomly distributed and collected.Data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL software based on structural equations and FUZZY multivariate analysis in GIS environment. Based on the results , The Tabriz metropolis in attributes derived from Eco-city studies,the average of 330.21 and a standard deviation of 44.63 has moderate livability.The imbalance is evident in the tens of districts.Outcomes and statistical analyzes indicate that the areas where urban management has been able to implement its urban plans have a better livability.
