Planning skills training indicators in Higher education , A gateway to reducing educational Quality inequalities in universities. (Qualitative Study)
The current study has been designed to recognize indicators of skills training on universities to equal access to quality education and and propose a model for equal access to quality of skills training in higher education is designed with qualitative approach of thematic content analysis. The statistical population was consisted of the faculty members and experts at the research centers who have had research and executive experience in the field of higher education. This study was carried out via the Grounded Theory. To this end, 21 persons were selected using purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was obtained. The required data was collected by means of semi-structured interviews and data analysis was conducted using three stages of coding. Its validity was approved by the experts and the reliability was calculated via coding of six interviews, agreement or consistency with the agreement coefficient equal to 0.89. The results indicated that creating equal access to quality of skills training at the universities is realized in three stages: process, graduation and after graduation And nine indexes included Appropriate curriculum , educational facilities , Accurate evaluation , Graduate and professor satisfaction with university skills training, supplementary and skill training , employment related to the field study, Entrepreneurship and job creation, Employer Satisfaction and on the -job training.
