Abstract:

Today, the importance of the management process is not hidden from anyone. Developed industrialized countries have been paying attention to this issue for decades and actually owe their development to the improvement of previous management methods. While developing countries are still plagued by issues and problems such as poverty and population growth, high unemployment, inflation, unbridled waste, are settled and given. According to this view, educational institutions change themselves to help people who are ready to change and admit that failure to create the right conditions for the success of society will cause great damage to social productivity and dissatisfaction with human resources. Therefore, the education system of developing countries should adapt their curricula to the process of change. Teaching is a complex dynamic activity, intelligent interaction, and if so, teachers are going to introduce different new students. It requires a special management style so that they can be more effective in training
