Abstract:
Land management is the rational arrangement of the elements in the land, including population, space, facilities, services and activities. Activities are in the best possible condition to achieve justice and development of all regions in parallel and benefit fair use of national wealth and facilities. The root of many environmental, social, economic and other crises is the lack of attention of decision makers to this very important and vital issue. This planning program, which is a combination of the three sciences of geography, sociology and economics, can help managers in all stages of the crisis management process and play a fundamental role and fundamentally prevent the occurrence and intensification of crises. In this article, we seek to define and present a history of land management, how to communicate and its role in the crisis management process.
