A Systematic Review of Identifying Aspects and Indicators of Improving Learning Culture Model at Schools

Aiming at identifying and extraction aspects and indicators of improving learnin culture model at school, this survey was formed in a Systematic way.

This survey was also done according to review (documental method) and based on Petite Crew and Roberts method (2006) in Systematic studies of sociology. In order to identify aspects and indicators, survey questions were prepared after searching and proper sources for recieving related sources were determined as well. After determining input and output standards besides determining scientific quality of related studies, answers of survey questions were elicited. Totally 22 surveys and books related to learning culture at schools were investigated.

Eliciting learning culture, 9 dimensions were identified with 32 indicators as follow: "Research and Innovation", "Cooperative Management", "Team Learning", "Knowledge sharing", "Personal Traits", "School and Environment", "Personal Differences", "Infrastructures" and "Encouragement".
