The Naturalistic Model Of Human Capital In The Service Industry with a Qualitative Approach
Human capital is one of the most important requirements of transformation strategies in the banking industry and understanding the concept of human capital will be one of the methods of strategic capacity building of human resources. The purpose of this study is to explain the nature of human capital in the banking industry using a qualitative approach.
This study is an applied research that has been done qualitatively using content analysis strategy. Semi-structured interviews used to collect data. Interviews with 15 banking experts were conducted purposefully to the point of theoretical saturation. Data analysis was performed in three stages of extracting basic, organizing and inclusive concepts.
Based on the analysis of research data, two dimensions of human capital development including general dimension including individual interpersonal and communication components and professional dimension including organizational competence components, specialized skills and professional ethics were identified.
The nature of the present study It can be the basis of managers' actions in order to identify the empowering requirements of human capital development and identify strategies for human capital development, training and employment of employees.
