Relationship between Management styles and Commanders' Leadership with Disciplinary Effectiveness of Cadets of Amin Police University
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between management styles of commanders of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences and students' disciplinary effectiveness.
The present study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of method and cross-sectional in terms of type of study. The statistical population of this study included all the approved students of the 38th year and the graduates of the 39th year of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. To determine the sample size, 280 people were determined using Morgan table. The research collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that in order to analyze its data, Pearson correlation coefficient tests and stepwise and multivariate regression analysis were used.
The research findings indicate that there is a significant and direct relationship between the management style of the educational commanders of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences and the disciplinary effectiveness of students. Also, authoritarian management style, paternal authoritative management style, consultative management style and participatory management style have a significant relationship with the physical and spiritual disciplinary effectiveness of students.
Regression analysis indicates that three styles of management styles (participatory management style, consultative management style and paternalistic management style) explain 35% of students' disciplinary effectiveness in the equation and management style Participation is the most determining factor influencing the disciplinary effectiveness of students in the study community.
