Courage Predicting Based on Controlling Emotions and Social Anxiety with Mediating Role of Mindfulness in Female Police Cadets
The aim of the present study was to predict assertiveness based on controlling emotions and social anxiety with the mediating role of mindfulness in female police students. The research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included female police students. 216 students were randomly selected using the Cochran's face formula. Data collection tools including Mindfulness Scale (2003), Social Panic Questionnaire (2000), Emotion Control Questionnaire (1997), Cutler and Giura Daring Questionnaire were used. To test the hypotheses, the method of structural equations is used. The software used in this research is SPSS version 22 and Smart pls version 2. . The results showed that assertiveness can be predicted based on controlling emotions and social anxiety with the role of mindfulness mediation in female police students. According to the research results, it is recommended. In university and educational centers related to female police students, emphasis should be placed on training related to emotion control, social anxiety, and mindfulness mediation in order to increase their courage.
