Abstract:

The present study, which compares psychological toughness and courage in people with coronary heart disease and healthy people, is a comparative causal study. The statistical population of this study includes all coronary heart patients in Rasht who have referred to medical centers and hospitals in Rasht for treatment. The sample size includes 100 men and women with coronary heart disease (50 women and 50 men) and 100 healthy men and women (50 men and 50 women) as a control group by non-random sampling method (available). Were. In order to collect information in the research, these questionnaires "Kubosa psychological toughness questionnaire and courage questionnaire ..." were used. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to present the research results. To describe the data, the frequency distribution table, mean graph and standard deviation have been used. Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon and Spearman correlation tests were used to analyze the data due to non-parametric data. The results showed that with 95% confidence we can say that the level of courage in healthy people is significantly higher than sick people.
