Determining the relationship between job security and personality types in firefighters
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between job security and personality types in firefighters.
In terms of purpose, application and the method of its study was a descriptive correlation. The statistical population of the study included all firefighters in the city of Quds in 1400. From the above statistical population based on the available sampling method, 92 people were selected as the available sampling method. Data collection tools were job security questionnaire derived from Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Myers and Briggs Type Test.
The findings showed that there is a relationship between job security and personality type in firefighters.
There is a positive and significant relationship between job security component and personality types. According to the findings, it can be said that job security can be measured from the types and personality traits of individuals.
