Analysis of the relationship between knowledge management with the performance of employees
In the current situation, according to the knowledge work force and attitude to its capital, a turning point in organizational change and employee performance, especially in law enforcement organizations and causes vision in based on the development of knowledge management. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge management and employee performance anti-narcotic police in West Azarbayjan and also ranking different aspects of knowledge management in this research.
