Analysis of martyrdom operations in Shiite political jurisprudence

The process of martyrdom operations in the field of jurisprudence and defense policy is one of the challenging components and due to the characteristics of this type of operation, which occurs mainly in defense of the unity of Islam and control of the enemy, is considered a defensive action. Considered illegitimate and equated with suicide. (Issue) The purpose of this study is to explain the jurisprudential documents of this type of operation in the framework of political jurisprudence by descriptive and analytical methods.
