The current idea of management and leadership considers using new skills and models as necessary to respond to the complexities of the quantum age.Today, quantum theory is used in leadership and management, too.
The present study aimed to investigate causal model of quantum leadership relationships and quality of work-life mediated by professional ethics in military health (a case study of AJA University of Medical Sciences).
The research method is descriptive-correlational (using structural equation technique). The statistical population included all the faculty members of AJA University of Medical Sciences (n= 200) Based on the Morgan Table, they included 123. Data collection tools were standardized questionnaires of quantum leadership, quality of life, and work ethic. Instrument validity was verified using content validity, face validity (qualitative method) and convergent validity (Fornell Larker test). Instrument reliability was measured through the internal consistency methodby calculating the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and combined reliability coefficients. The structural equation model, SPSS 24 and LISREL 8 were used to analyze the data.
The results showed thesignificance of the direct effect of quantum leadership on quality of work-life (0.22), and professional ethics (0.87), direct effect of professional ethics on work-life (0.77) and the significance of theindirect effect of quantum leadership on quality of work-life mediated by professional ethics (0.73)
