Internationalization of the Organization from the Perspective of Apsala Model
The increasing the volume of world trade and its changes in the economic environment of the countries, has increased the competition in business and has made the internationalization as one component of the strategy of the business in many countries of the world through exporting the technical and engineering services. Despite the existence of different models for the internationalization of companies, the Apsala model is one of the most common models in many countries and this model develops the process of exporting of the goods and technical and engineering services with a precise and gradual process, and with considering the psychological distance with the target countries as well. This model matures the organization by providing a four stages performance through case exports of services, exports through representation, exports through the creation of branches, and finally by providing services from the target country. This research is a survey in terms of purpose and application and in terms of method, and is consistent with library studies and interviews with experts, as well as accurate analysis of psychological distance criteria. According to studies carried out, it has been cleared that weaknesses introduced for this model in the field of construction works for Iran and for regional countries comparing the strengths due the short psychological distance resulting from the multilateral commonalities is insignificant and it seems that the Apsala is an appropriate model for exporting the Iranian technical and engineering services to names and regional countries, as well as focusing on neighboring countries of Iran to determine the target countries for exporting the technical and engineering services, Iraq and Afghanistan are the first priority, and Oman and Qatar are the next.
