The view of the constitutional rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the appointment of political agents
Approaches to appointing political agents are determined primarily by the political ideologies of each society, its laws and legal rules. Therefore, accepting the people's vote, not accepting it or a combination of these two methods and considering the conditions and criteria for the compatibility of the values of society and political agents is the main concern of political systems. The present study seeks to examine the perspective of the Constitutional Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the appointment of political agents. The research question is that the obvious difference between the legal system of J.A. What is Iran about appointing political agents?
