Pathology of Law Enforcement Students of Shahid Beheshti Scientific and Specialized School of Isfahan
To ensure the achievement of organizational goals, training programs need evaluation and pathology. The present study was conducted with the aim of pathology of the disciplinary educational program of the students of Shahid Beheshti Scientific and Specialized School of Isfahan.
This applied research has utilized a qualitative approach and methodology. The research population includes the heads and non-commissioned officers of Isfahan police stations, professors and instructors of the Shahid Beheshti Special Education Center in Isfahan. The participating population consisted of 15 non-commissioned officers and 13 experts who were purposefully selected to achieve theoretical saturation. The research tool was a semi-structured interview and contextual analysis was used to analyze the data. Participant review method was used to validate qualitative data.
Thematic analysis of the interviews showed that there are more than 45 types of injuries in three behavioral, structural and contextual dimensions in the educational program of Shahid Beheshti School. The most important behavioral impairments were recognized in the dimensions of verbal communication skills organizational skills, insight and self-preservation skills and the most important structural impairments in the dimensions of course structure fit with the goals of the organization, formation of education council, change of control system and evaluation of education background in the dimensions of educational laws and regulations, change of location and how to conduct training and teaching specialized courses.
Based on the triangular model, the injuries of the disciplinary curriculum of Shahid Beheshti specialized school can be considered as background injuries, behavioral injuries and structural injuries, respectively.
