The Relationship between Internal Marketing and Organizational Silence with Organizational Performance in the staff Islamic Culture and GuidanceDepartment of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between internal marketing and organizational silence with organizational performance among employees of the General Directorate of Islamic Culture and Guidance of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province. This research is a descriptive correlational in terms of purpose of the research and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was staff of the General Directorate of Sport and Youth of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari province. In this study, library studies were used to complete the theoretical foundations. To collect data and information on internal marketing from Bansal Standard Internal Marketing Questionnaire (2001) and to collect data and information on organizational silence from Vacula and Brados Organizational Silence Questionnaire (2005) and to collect data Organizational Performance Data and Organizational Performance Questionnaire Yang et al. (2004) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the supervisor and several subject matter experts. The reliability coefficients of the three questionnaires were estimated 0.835, 0.915 and 0.917, respectively, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Frequency tests such as mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Has been used. In this study SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that internal marketing (12%) and organizational silence (11%) were able to predict organizational performance in employees. The results also showed that there is a significant and positive relationship (r=0.367) between internal marketing and organizational performance. Also, there is a significant and negative relationship (r=0.296) between organizational silence and organizational performance
