Examining the experiences of housing policies in Iran and the world
Housing is recognized as the most important part of development in any society. Hence, providing adequate housing is one of the most important issues facing the countries of the world to achieve sustainable development, and almost all countries in the world face serious problems in this regard. Housing production in all countries not only satisfies the psychological and social needs of people in the community, but also represents the manifestations of economic growth in each country and has a significant impact on the mobility and acceleration of economic cycles. It may be argued that there is a housing problem all over the world, but in developing countries, due to the rapid growth of population and urbanization, domestic migration, lack of adequate financial resources, land supply problems, construction materials and the shortage of specialized personnel, more important than The lack of policies, policies and programs on land and housing has become a severe and critical issue. Therefore, this paper, using a descriptive-analytical method and employing new sources of internal and external resources, is attempting to review housing policy in Iran and the world in order to use these experiences in the future in order to advance the objectives of supply Used housing.
