The Capacities of Public Law for Supporting Academic Research

The Law concerned in this paper promulgated for regulating the originality and integrity of scientific and empirical works. In that Law the act can be treated as a crime as well as administrative or disciplinary reaction so fraud and corruption be prevented legally. The differences between production of false works and their use in research areas should be accepted so the reaction of first one is penal and other is administrative and disciplinary that the recent one should be developed and be preferable in universities. However, the effort of legislator for developing and observing the culture of intellectual property Law is acceptable which is rooted in Public Law means.
