The possibility of equal use of the city's resources for all its inhabitants is an issue that has now become an important demand and the main reason for this is the human and environmental problems that have arisen for the cities. One of the requirements for solving these problems is the recognition of local citizenship and the right to the city. As many cities in the world have also documented this. Is it possible for the cities of Iran to draft right to the cityAct?It needs to investigate and identify the legal nature of the right to the city. In this article, while defining and clarifying the nature of the right to the city, the most important documents, including international and domestic documents, have been investigated in this regard, and then the damage to the cities of Iran that requires identification of the right to the city is necessary.
