A meta-analysis of published research in the field of urban resilience in Iran
Meta-analysis is a statistical method for combining the results of different research studies on a specific research problem to achieve a general conclusion and requires a quantitative or qualitative combination of the findings of different studies. The purpose of this study is to use meta-analysis method to study and analyze urban resilience studies in Iran and then provide a systematic formulation of them. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and its nature is applied. Journals approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in the fields of geography and geology constitute the statistical population of the research. The results of meta-analysis show that the rate of resilience in Iranian cities is low. The central fabric of cities, the worn-out textures of cities, and informal settlements have lower resilience than other parts of the city.
