The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Intellectual Capital in the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency-IRNA
The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and intellectual capital in the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency-IRNA. In terms of purpose, the present research is applied and in terms of the method of collecting research information, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study includes all staff members of the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency-IRNA and the statistical sample of this study is 132 people. In this research, the Denison Organizational Culture Survey (2000) was used to measure organizational culture and a Standard Questionnaire Intellectual Capital (Bontis, 1998) was adopted to measure the Intellectual Capital. The data from this research was analyzed using Pearson's correlation test and regression. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between dimensions of organizational culture (work engagement, organizational compatibility, organizational adaptability, organizational mission) and intellectual capital.
