Promoting Administrative Health in NAJA, Injuries and Strategies (in the Light of the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution)
Doing the right thing can be done by an organization that is equipped with a sound administrative system. Healthy organizations are able to make the right decisions and make appropriate and efficient services. Given this point, it is necessary to address the concept of administrative health and the factors and strategies effective in promoting administrative health with regard to the role that will play in the efficiency of executive bodies, including the country's police organization. Various factors affect the sanitation of the administrative system of the Iranian police, some of which are related to the structure of the administrative system and some are related to the prevention and fight against corruption.
The library research method, and the statistical population in this study, all books, scientific sources and upstream documents in this field include documents, lectures and commands in this subject.
The forthcoming scientific research, while explaining the concept of administrative health in NAJA, has examined the obstacles and strategies to improve administrative health in Iran in the light of the second step statement of the revolution. Factors such as the structure of the administrative, cultural, social system and regulatory bodies are introduced as the main factors affecting the health of the administrative system in the Iranian police, and at the end, suggestions for improving the administrative system are presented.
