Evaluation of the effectiveness of in-service training courses in the Anti-Narcotics Police Department in Mazandaran Province Command

The present study investigated the effectiveness of in-service training courses in the Anti-Narcotics Police Department of Mazandaran Province Command.

Research Method:

In terms of methodology, this research is a descriptive correlational study. Its statistical population based on Morgan table, 152 people were selected as a sample. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect information. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using one-sample t-test.

Findings and Results:

The results showed that holding in-service training courses in Mazandaran Province Drug Police Department was effective and improved job response, improved job learning, improved job behavior and improved employee job results.The purpose of this study is to evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness of.
