The Impact of Basic Information Police Requirements on Hoarding Crime
One of the important and influential factors in the criminalization process is to have accurate and sufficient information about crimes, therefore, to increase the success of crime detection, the use of crime and criminal information is inevitable; In this study, an attempt has been made to explain the effect of basic information police requirements on the criminalization of hoarding.
The research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of implementation method, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study was graduate students of crime detection and crime prevention at Davos University of Law Enforcement Sciences. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 88 people; Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that to determine its validity, the questionnaire was provided to experts, experts and professors of research methods, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, 0.92.Findings and
The effect of basic information police requirements in criminalizing hoarding was significant with five variables: external factors, intelligence factors, technical and telecommunication factors, judicial factors and operational factors. The results indicate that according to the respondents, among the mentioned factors, operational factors and judicial factors have the most and the least effect on the criminalization of hoarding, respectively.
