Investigating the relationship between employees' marriage delay and the factors influencing it. (Case study: governmental and non-governmental departments of Savadkuh and North Savadkuh)
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between marriage delay and organizational factors with respect to the mediating role of individual, economic and social structure dimensions in government and non-government departments of Savadkuh and Savadkuh North counties.
Research Method:
The present study is applied in terms of purpose and research data has been collected by library and field methods. The statistical population is all single people in government and non-government offices in Savadkuh and North Savadkuh counties. The sample size was 152 people who were selected by sampling method available to single people. The instrument used was a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method for marriage delay questionnaire, 0.812 and organizational factors questionnaire, 0.675 and personal and family structure, economic, cultural and social questionnaire, 0.934 and the validity of the instrument was calculated by case content validity method. Confirmed. Also, data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method and LISREL software.
The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between delayed marriage of employees and organizational factors on the one hand and on the other hand a significant effect of mediating variables of individual and family, economic, cultural and social structure on the relationship between delayed marriage of single employees And organizational factors.
