Investigating the satisfaction rate of clients with respect to the services provided in the hospitals of Bushehr province

Abstract:

The purpose of the study was to assess the satisfaction of the clients with the services offered in the hospitals of bushier province. Using a non-random sampling method, 256 patients in the hospitals of bushier province were selected as samples. The research instrument consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire scale based on three subscales of accountability, counseling and public education, and the judicial police service, based on the guidelines of the Assistant Director of police Plans and Plans (2012). After calculating the validity and reliability of the tool and distribution among the samples, the data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA, independent T test and one way ANOVA. The results showed that: The accountability and judicial police services in the station of bushier Province have a higher acceptable level of admission and are optimal. General counseling and education is higher than the acceptable level and is lower than the desired level. The degree of customer satisfaction from the types of services offered in priority order are: accountability, judicial services and counseling and public education. There is no significant difference between the satisfaction of male and female clients with clients of different ages from judicial police services. There is a significant difference between the satisfaction of complainants and those of the police services. There is not a significant difference between counseling and general education among the satisfaction of men and women clients with clients of different ages. There is a significant difference between the satisfaction of complainants and those who are in charge of counseling and general education. There is no significant difference between the satisfaction of the clients of women and men, the clients with different ages and the complainant, and the manner in which they respond to the employees.
