The framework of choosing Agents in the Islamic system
The selection of Agents to delegate large missions in the Islamic society has always been one of the important concerns of the society. This issue has a long history from the period of the Treaty of Aqaba of the people of Yathrib with the great Prophet of Islam. The Commander of the Faithful and Imam Hassan Mojtaba (as) also faced this issue in practice during their rule. Since the formation of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979, there have been repeated mistakes in the appointment of Agents. In the second step of the revolution, it is more and more necessary to take practical action to eliminate such mistakes. For this purpose, an attempt was made to extract the pattern of selection of Agents by referring to the heritage related to the history of Islam. To achieve this goal, the method of content analysis has been used and by examining Islamic sources during the tenure of the Infallibles (peace be upon them), 220 statements have been extracted and coded. From these propositions, the main introductory concepts were extracted in the first step. The Agents Selection Framework was extracted in the second step. The extent of wanting, knowing, and being able to do so is defined in terms of extracted propositions, and the definition of each of these three branches is explained in the findings.
