Investigating the relationship between perceived organizational support and crime prevention against cultural heritage (Case study of Guilan province)
The main purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between perceived support for the prevention of crimes against cultural heritage. After comparing different perspectives and definitions of organizational and crime support, the method of data collection was a descriptive study to assess the prevention of crimes against the cultural heritage of Guilan province. According to the sample size set for Kirchsey and Morgan, the sample size for this research was 387 employees of the Cultural Heritage Organization of Guilan province. The method of sampling in this research was a probabilistic and randomized questionnaire. The result of the analysis of assumptions showed that the researcher model had a good quality in the final measurement model and structural model, and finally the overall model. The value of the multiple determination coefficient (R2) for the perceived organizational support variable was 0.771, which indicates that egalitarian variables, supervisor support, occupational fields and organizational rewards managed to account for about 78 percent of the perceived organizational support variable forecast. According to the results of this study, all five of the research hypotheses were approved.
