Identifying the components of spiritual intelligence by emphasizing the role model role of the martyr of the altar, Ayatollah Seyyed Assadollah Madani, using the Emmons spiritual intelligence model.

Great teachers, as a good role model for others, are always known to have an effective personality throughout life as well as to receive true meanings from life. Recognizing and receiving the meaning of life as a key tool in solving problems and being effective throughout life is not possible by using the usual view of the personality dimensions of individuals. Spiritual intelligence is a set of abilities to take advantage of opportunities that can predict and demonstrate one's life and adjustment. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of spiritual intelligence based on the personality traits of the martyr of the altar, Ayatollah Seyyed Assadollah Madani.

This research has used the qualitative method of content analysis and Emmons spiritual intelligence model to identify the components of spiritual intelligence.

Based on the content analysis, the research findings identified 28 main themes and 29 sub-themes of Shahid Madani personality traits.

The identified main and secondary themes are consistent with the five stages of Emmons' model of spiritual intelligence, which include excellence, entering a higher spiritual level, the ability to find sanctity in activities and events, using spiritual resources to solve life problems, and the ability to perform virtuous behavior.
